Raven Rock Ramble 2008

A celebration of cycling, a celebration of life

The Raven Rock Ramble is a century (100-mile) bicycle ride which explores the four-county area (Wake, Harnett, Lee, and Chatham) around Raven Rock State Park. Proceeds from the event go to benefit the National Kidney Foundation of North Carolina and the US Transplant Games.  Since its start in 2002, the Raven Rock Ramble has raised over $61,000 for these causes.

432 riders enjoyed clear blue skies, mild temperatures, and relatively calm winds for the 7th riding of the Raven Rock Ramble on May 4, and we raised over $13,500.  Pictures may be found here.

Registration will open on December 1, 2008 for the 2009 edition of the Raven Rock Ramble.
