Raven Rock Ramble 2009

A celebration of cycling, a celebration of life

The Raven Rock Ramble is a century (100-mile) bicycle ride which explores the four-county area (Wake, Harnett, Lee, and Chatham) around Raven Rock State Park. Proceeds from the event go to benefit the National Kidney Foundation of North Carolina and the US Transplant Games.  Since its start in 2002, the Raven Rock Ramble has raised over $74,800 for these causes.

A threatening forecast gave way to a beautiful, warm spring day, and 408 riders came out to enjoy the 8th riding of the Raven Rock Ramble on May 3, which netted $12,750 for the National Kidney Foundation of NC.
